STRENGTH FOR PARKOUR
4-WEEK CLASS PACKAGE (AGES 16+)
Have some parkour skills or challenges that you just aren’t quite able to do yet? In this class we will help you create a program and learn proper techniques for safe and effective training towards your goals. Whether that means lifting weights, cardio training, or bodyweight calisthenics. Become stronger, faster, or just train to lose some weight and tone up. Any ability level welcome!
Each session begins the first week of each month. You must pre-register.
FREE – Any student with a Level 2/3 Standard membership can sign up for a supplementary class package for free. (Talk to us in-person to register if you have the standard package membership)
$49 – Anybody without a Level 2/3 Standard membership can purchase a 4-week supplementary class package for $49.
