We’re very excited for this change!
Every Sunday Open Gym from 3pm-4:30pm, Chad and/or Kim will be in the main gym to help anyone with any flip they are working on. This includes absolute beginners who can’t do a backflip yet, to advanced athletes who are working on double flips or quadruple twists.
They will help correct errors in technique, give tips and drills to help, and can even spot people on flips.
You do not need to be a student at our gym to participate. Anyone who takes the Open Gym class is eligible for this instruction. You can find more information about Open Gyms HERE.
We think this is going to be an extremely beneficial addition to our schedule, and we hope you all like the idea!
